1. This campaign titled “Shop & Win" ("The Campaign") is organized by Kumpulan Voir Sdn Bhd and the partnering company, TDST Sdn Bhd ("Organizer").

2. The participating outlets are selected Voir Gallery, VOIR, SODA, G&H, South China Sea and ELLE boutiques nationwide (refer location list for the participating outlets information).

3. The participating brands are Voir Jeans, Voir Clothing, Voir Executive, Voir Exchange, Voir Accessories, BAE, Soda Ladies, Soda Men, Soda Kids, Diadora, Applemints, G&H, South China Sea and ELLE apparels at selected locations. Excluding third party brands Kickers and Arrow Blue Jeans Co.

4. This campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees and the immediate family members of the organizer, its subsidiary and associated companies are not eligible to participate or claim any reward.

5. To qualify for the lucky draw prizes, the Eligible Entrant must:

5.1. Make a valid purchase of participating brands’ merchandise in a single receipt of RM388 or more between 5th December 2018 to the 4th February 2019, at any of the participating outlets;

5.2. Only ORIGINAL RECEIPT picture (with valid receipt number) uploaded on our online submission form will be accepted as a valid entry,

5.3. Unclear or incomplete details in the entry form or receipts will make the entry ineligible.

5.4. All entries must reach the Organiser on or before 6.00pm, 4th February 2019 (“Closing Date”).

5.5. Keep all original receipts for prize redemption.

6. Winners are determined by a random draw conducted at the end of contest. The draw results shall be absolute and final. All winners will be notified via direct phone call or sms by the Organiser within THREE (3) weeks after the draw is conducted (“Notification Date”).

7. The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other form/item. All winners shall accept prizes as what they are and subject to any terms and conditions (if any) attached to the prizes. The Organizer makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes in this lucky draw. The Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any defect or deficiency of the prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or modify any terms and conditions of this campaign from time to time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

9. Any prize remains unclaimed after ONE (1) month from Notification Date will be forfeited, it will thereafter be deemed to have lapsed unconditionally and irrevocably. The winner whose prize has been forfeited or unclaimed is not entitled to any other form of payment or compensation from the Organizer not withstanding non-receipt of notification that he/she is a winner.

10. Official winners’ announcement will be made officially at Fan Page of the Organizer, http://www/facebook.com/voirgallery.

11. By participating in this lucky draw campaign, all participants hereby agree to participate and abide by the Terms & Conditions of this contest and required to give their Full Name as per I.C, contact number, I.C No. and additional details deemed necessary and relevant upon joining the contest. The participants hereby confirm that all his/her personal information stated in the contest is true and complete.

12. By participating in the campaign, participants consent and grant the Organizer and its affiliates the permission to use his/her name, picture, identification number and city of residence of for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the campaign without additional compensation, notification and permission.

13. By participating in this campaign, the Organizer agrees to only collect it, use it on the Fan Page and the Website and protect it as set out below, it is also set out below the participants’ rights regarding data protection, and tell the participant how to contact the Organizer.

14. Under Malaysian law, the participant’s rights include:

14.1. A right to withdraw your consent to use your personal data at any time by contacting us at jenny.lim@voir.com.my and providing us with a formal email with the participant’s name and IC number so that we can remove it.

14.2. A right to obtain a copy of the personal data which we have about you (we reserve the right to charge a small fee for the exercise of this right).

14.3. A right to have incorrect personal data withhold about you corrected. If the participants wish to raise any data protection issue with the Organizer, or exercise any of their legal rights, please contact jenny.lim@voir.com.my by sending a formal email notification.

15. In the event the Organizer engage any third party to process the participant’s personal data details, all such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the participant’s personal data in any way other than which is specified herein.

16. The Organizer take reasonable precautious to keep the participant’s personal data secure, however the Organizer may release the participant’s personal data if required to do so by law, search warrant, subpoena or court order.

17. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prizes with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at the Organizer’s sole discretion, including but not limited to branch display merchandising and statement inserts.

18. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, no correspondences thereon will be entertained.

19. The purchases made online at our e-commerce website www.voirgallery.com or any other marketplaces that the Organizer participate in are NOT eligible for this contest entry.

20. Purchases made at Voir Gallery and Elle Boutique at EkoCheras Mall on 1st – 2nd December 2018 during its Opening Specials are valid for contest entry.
